Memories of Nazi Germany

The memory of Nazi Germany in modern Europe. The memory of Nazi Germany's domination throughout Europe has a conflicted memory. The debate over Auschwitz often sees a challenge between the Polish and Jewish people who remember the Holocaust. Some scholars even go as far as to debate what is being remembered there and lament that the Auschwitz has become a sort of "Auschwitz-land". A commercial and packaged memory that no longer resemble the real past. Auschwitiz, remains a controversial monument consecrated to horrible atrocities.
